Description
We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead financial operations for a mission-driven organization. This role will oversee accounting practices, financial planning, reporting, and compliance while supporting sound decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit finance expertise, hands-on knowledge of grant-related accounting, and the leadership ability to strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.

• At least 7 years of combined accounting and finance experience, including progressive leadership responsibility.

• Prior experience in the nonprofit sector with direct exposure to government grant accounting.
