Responsibilities

• Overseeing all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Liens/Lien Waivers, and Revenue Recognition.
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any variances.
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborating with project management teams to analyze job costs, and manage the capital budget.
