Overview

Our client is looking for a professional Controller with a minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience. The ideal candidate would have a background working in healthcare, physician practice, or multi‑site industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition to accrual accounting and EMR-based revenue recognition.
• Oversee Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and audit readiness.
• Prepare clinic‑level P&Ls and financial reporting.
• Streamline physician compensation processes.
• Resolve EMR billing and coding issues.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and operating plan development.
• Coordinate external audits and corporate reporting.
