ABOUT THE ROLE

A high-growth venture capital firm is seeking a hands-on Controller to build and scale its accounting and finance function as the firm continues expanding its platform and launching new investment funds. Reporting directly to the Founder, this highly visible role will oversee corporate accounting, management company operations, fund accounting oversight, treasury, financial planning, investor reporting, and finance infrastructure. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help build a best-in-class finance function while partnering closely with executive leadership and investors.
