Our client is looking to fill the role of Controller. A market leader in its field is looking to add a Corporate Controller who will oversee the general ledger month-end-close, group consolidation, technical accounting as well as compliance and statutory tax reporting. This position will manage domestic and offshore teams, and will collaborate with international accounting teams, as well as functional partners across the organization.

5 days a week in office

$225,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

Oversee the month-end close process and group consolidation for all entities in adherence to US GAAP and close timelines

Manage the close tool, including holding the various accounting teams accountable for their close timeline

Ensure consistent application of revenue and expense recognition across all entities as per US GAAP

Review the monthly consolidated income statement and balance sheet analytics
