Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting strategic planning with data-driven insights, collaborating with auditors, and leading the finance team to meet deadlines and performance standards. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or master’s preferred), has 5+ years of controller experience, strong analytical and reporting skills, ERP proficiency (Netsuite preferred), and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
