My client is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Controller to oversee accounting and financial functions for a portfolio of commercial properties. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, vendor reconciliations, AP reporting, and vendor communications
Process and reconcile corporate credit card statements
Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare and review monthly financial statements
Manage payroll processing
Conduct monthly expense variance analysis
Prepare and enter journal entries and account adjustments
Coordinate and make off-site bank deposits
