Description

Responsibilities:
+ Issue and send invoices accurately and on time
+ Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities
+ Maintain and update accruals
+ Perform bank reconciliations and review cash statements
+ Provide payroll support, including data tracking and coordination
+ Assist with HR-related tasks and administrative support
+ Administer commuter benefits programs
+ Support Flexible Spending Account (FSA) administration
Requirements β’ Experience handling document control responsibilities in an administrative, records, or operational environment.
β’ Proficiency in scanning high volumes of documents with strong attention to image quality and file accuracy.
