System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for a Controller. The successful candidate will work with a collaborative leadership team and colleagues who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an on-site work schedule.

Responsibilities


+ Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities and ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP

+ Lead the monthly/quarterly/year-end close process and drive timely, accurate deliverables

+ Manage and develop the accounting team, setting expectations and supporting performance and growth

+ Maintain and enhance internal controls and support external audit activities

+ Partner with leadership on financial analysis, forecasting support, and process improvement initiatives


Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ CPA required
