Our client is seeking a highly skilled hands-on Controller to lead all financial and accounting activities for a dynamic construction and real estate investment organization. This role will be responsible for delivering financial transparency across multiple projects and entities while overseeing accounting operations, project financial performance, treasury functions, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with practical construction industry experience and has the ability to support business growth through accurate reporting, financial analysis, and operational oversight. This position requires experience with job costing, lien releases, notice to owners, AIA billings, managing liability insurance, experience managing construction draws and treasury functions.
