Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Controls Engineer specializing in Automation to support internal equipment, which will be installed and commissioned at various sites. The ideal candidate will have over 5+ years of experience in Controls Engineering, particularly with custom automated equipment.
Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot internal equipment regularly on the floor.Program PLCs using Siemens or Rockwell Automation.Develop HMI/SCADA with WinCC or Ignition.Engage in Robotics programming, specifically with Fanuc.Design and interpret AutoCAD Electrical schematics.Work with controls hardware such as sensors, remote IO, servos, VFDs, machine vision, and barcode readers.Employ industrial networking protocols like Profinet and EtherCAT.Travel up to 25% for equipment installation and commissioning at various locations....
