Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product & OEM Controls Engineer to join our automation group. This role focuses on automation projects and customer service within the concrete industry. The ideal candidate will excel in designing, installing, and maintaining PLC-based controls in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities

+ Design and engineer concrete batching control systems that integrate new and existing hardware/software for comprehensive and intuitive operation.

+ Program, configure, and troubleshoot Rockwell PLCs, Panelviews, VFDs, and industrial communication networks.

+ Troubleshoot controls, instruments, and electrical issues affecting manufacturing processes.

+ Perform on-site commissioning and training.

+ Assist and train maintenance, production, or other technicians in technical or troubleshooting matters.

+ Evaluate system equipment analytically to optimize performance.
