Position Overview
Reporting to a Service Manager, this position provides troubleshooting, diagnostics and service activities on existing building automation systems under T&M service requests, planned service agreements, or small service projects.
Independently performs troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on building automation systems. May review and modify job specific programming for various systems; installs, reviews, modifies project databases, workstation builds and graphics.
β’ Troubleshoots and resolves routine inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations; resolves minor systems issues. May update and configure PC workstations, user interfaces, data servers, IP Networking devices, routers, switches, mass storage devices and hubs. Diagnoses, and resolves routine network issues.
