Job Description:

The Converter Sales Rep is responsible for leading and managing sales operations for Direct & In Direct Converter Customers in Korea. The role focuses on driving sustainable business growth through strategic sales execution, customer relationship management, and delivering sales opportunities across Core and High Growth Sub Segments (HGSS).

This position will work closely with Marketing, Application Engineer, BPS, and Cross-functional stakeholders to deliver profitable growth, expand market penetration, and strengthen customer engagement.
