**Job Description**

**We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator** to perform safe and efficient operation of machinery used for **flexible packaging** , including equipment that produces labels and printed boxes. Experience in a **manufacturing setting** is highly valued. Candidates with at least **6 months of machine operation experience** are preferred.

**Responsibilities**

+ **Operate converting machinery** safely and efficiently to produce flexible packaging.
+ **Set up, utilize, and maintain mounting equipment** for each production run.
+ **Inspect plates** before each print run to ensure they meet quality standards.
+ **Clean and organize plates** after use for future production needs.
+ **Monitor the production line** and **troubleshoot** machinery issues to minimize downtime.
