About the Job

• Equipment Operation: Set up and operate converting equipment (Pouch, Flexo Print, Slitting, Die Cutting) by following established work procedures.
• Technical Assembly: Mount plates and dies, and align auxiliary equipment such as punches, edge guides, and eye block readers.
• Quality & Compliance: Inspect finished products for imperfections, perform specification checks, and participate in safety and 5S audits.
• Reporting & Maintenance: Complete daily production and labor paperwork while maintaining organized work areas.
