We are looking for a Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established local law firm in Alfreton. You will be joining a strong and experienced property team within a supportive working environment.
Conveyancer Responsibilities:
Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completionReviewing contracts, title documents, and search resultsRaising and responding to pre-contract enquiriesLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitorsHandling exchange, completion, and post-completion formalitiesThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
