Duties & Responsibilities
Manage residential and property transfer matters from initial instruction through to registration.
Draft, prepare and finalise all conveyancing documentation independently.
Attend to bond registrations and bond cancellations.
Liaise professionally with banks, clients, estate agents, bond originators and the Deeds Office.
Manage conveyancing files efficiently, ensuring matters progress to successful registration.
Handle deceased estate transfers and estate-related property transactions.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and procedural requirements.
Maintain strict adherence to deadlines and service level expectations.
Deliver a high standard of client service while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Admitted Conveyancer.
Minimum of 2 years' post-admission conveyancing experience.
