Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities - Manage residential and property transfer matters from initial instruction through to registration.
- Draft, prepare and finalise all conveyancing documentation independently.
- Attend to bond registrations and bond cancellations.
- Liaise professionally with banks, clients, estate agents, bond originators and the Deeds Office.
- Manage conveyancing files efficiently, ensuring matters progress to successful registration.
- Handle deceased estate transfers and estate-related property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to deadlines and service level expectations.
- Deliver a high standard of client service while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Requirements Minimum Requirements - Admitted Conveyancer.
