We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our residential property team. In this role, you will manage and progress your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring high‑quality work, outstanding client service, and strong technical support. Key responsibilities:

• Progress a personal caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold enfranchisement, ensuring momentum and meeting agreed timescales.
