About the Role
It is a Conveyancing / Property Paralegal role that will also function as a legal assistant. It is a mix of helping with property tasks and then more general admin tasks like file opening and management, billing, sending DocuSigns etc.
What You'll Own
- File and calendar management
- Assisting with property matters such as conveyancing and leasing
- Expertise needed for conveyancing across NSW (and ideally also VIC and QLD) from contract review until settlement β ideally without the need for supervision from the partners
- Preparing and drafting simple legal documents such as company records and secretarial work (minutes, resolutions, certificates, notices)
- Drafting simple correspondence such as letters of demand, cover letters, and day to day email correspondence
