Pather & Pather Attorneys Inc. is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in both property transfers and mortgage bond registrations, and who is confident managing transactions from instruction through to registration. Key Requirements
Proven experience in property transfers and bond registrations
Strong working knowledge of registration requirements and processes for ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, FNB and SA Home Loans (SAHL)
Solid understanding of Deeds Office procedures and property transaction processes
Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines and stakeholders effectively Key Responsibilities
