Botha & Co is building a dedicated conveyancing department and is looking for a senior conveyancing practitioner to join the practice in a founding role.

This opportunity is suited to someone with meaningful conveyancing experience who is looking for greater autonomy, flexibility and earning potential, and who is interested in helping build a department from an early stage rather than stepping into a conventional salaried role.

Given the structure of the role, candidates should ideally be admitted attorneys, with preference given to admitted conveyancers or attorneys with strong conveyancing experience.

The role is flexible and output-driven, with a remuneration model that includes an initial onboarding component and a commission-led structure linked to conveyancing work handled and/or originated, subject to the applicable professional rules.
