Position Overview

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary specialising in Bonds.
  • Solid knowledge of bond registration procedures and conveyancing processes.
  • Experience handling bond registrations for the major South African banks will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in LexisConvey, E4, Webconvey, and Stordoc .
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
