Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Commis II / Commis III professionals to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Bakery operations , with a passion for cooking and learning. Freshers with relevant culinary training and a strong interest in the culinary field are also encouraged to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and cooking of Indian, Continental, and Bakery products according to established recipes and standards. Prepare mise en place, ingredients, sauces, doughs, batters, breads, pastries, and desserts as required. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained. Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
