We are seeking an experienced Camp Cook specializing in Indian and Pakistani cuisine to prepare nutritious, hygienic, high-volume meals for employees residing in company accommodation.
Location: Accommodation Camp
Reporting To: Camp Supervisor, Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks)
- Cook Indian and Pakistani dishes including curries, biryani, rice, daal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, grilled items, and non-vegetarian meals
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Plan menus and manage food stock levels
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and minimize food wastage
Experience & Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience as a cook in a camp, catering company, hotel, or industrial kitchen
