Prep/Line Cook
At Cedarbrook Senior Living,we work hard every day to find out what “Celebrating Life Every Day!” means to
our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals.
We are seeking a full-time Line/Prep Cook to provide a restaurant style experience for our residents during the afternoon shift.
Responsibilities:
Performs all aspects
of meal preparation, cooking and presentation.Keeps cooking
stations stocked, uses a batch cooking method for all food items with
documented time/temperature logs.Follows recipes,
portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the executive chef.Restocks all
items as need throughout the shift and completes an order sheet to maintain the appropriate level of supplies and
inventory.Qualifications:
Has understanding
and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment.
