Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients for main dishes, desserts, and appetizers.

Sautee, flambe, roast, bake, grill, steam, and boil various meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods.

Utilize knife techniques for chopping, slicing, cutting, and dicing ingredients.

Accurately follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
