Minimum 3 years cooking experience with Sichuan/Mala cuisine, especially with cooking Mala and Sichuan Grilled Fish.
Ability to work independently and be responsible for sales and company matters, especially in food cost control, staff management, hygiene control and workplace safety control.
Ability to work long hours and late evenings and weekends; 4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule.
Job location: West area of Singapore, food court and coffee shop stall.
Competitive salary range: $2,500β$5,000 (or 3k and above); allowance and commission will be informed upon shortlisting.
Priority given to Singaporeans.
