Overview
As a valued member of our culinary team you will assist with plating and serving of meals and will be responsible for cleaning serving areas, as well as equipment. While following established policies, procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow established policies, procedures, work systems, and cleaning procedures to meet regulatory requirements
- Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with health and food guidelines
- Use all dietary equipment with competence
- Participate in meal presentation
- Work cooperatively with the interdisciplinary team
- Assist in planning and organizing food preparation to ensure all meals and snacks are served on time, at an appropriate temperature, texture, and quantity
- Clean, care for, and store equipment properly in designated areas after each use
- Responsible for reporting any required repair work or deficiency in the environment
