Job Summary

The Tooling Coordinator will maintain, coordinate, and update tooling records, conduct visual inspections, and coordinate shipping to the tooling warehouse. Responsibilities include updating company databases to ensure accurate materials and tooling status and may include additional duties to support the FieldCore vision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and require processing.
• Track shipments sent to customers/Field Service Representatives and those returned for calibration.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring each kit has the proper quantity and required tools.
• Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration.
• Add newly purchased tools to the database.
