Advanced Machining Engineer plays a critical leadership role in driving manufacturing innovation and operational excellence at the plant level. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of new production technologies and processes, including the evaluation, selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and optimization of equipment and production lines. A key focus of this role is to ensure the successful integration of new technologies that align with the company’s strategic goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The engineer also leads cross-functional teams in process development and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Lead Plant standards and best practices worldwide.
