Position Overview

            Coordination with Retail Network (Data/Complaint recording of Installed ACs) 
Discussion with Line Manager on Complaints & their Rectification plan 
Depute and follow up with inhouse AC Technicians Team 
Coordination with aligned Vendors and follow-up with Running Maintenance Job Execution 
Need based visit of Retail Network to check quality and status of Executed Jobs as per Company SOPs 
Weekly Reporting of Complaints (Resolved/Planned/Pending)
