tarte cosmetics is seeking a Coordinator, CX Reporting & Fraud Operations who will report to the Executive Director of Customer Experience and partner closely with the Senior Manager of Customer Experience to deliver accurate, actionable data that drives performance across tarte's DTC and omnichannel customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a data-savvy professional with 2+ years of experience looking to grow within a fast-paced, social-first beauty brand. This role is the data and analytics backbone of the CX organization — owning reporting, meeting prep, fraud monitoring, and the data integrity that the entire team depends on.
