**Type:** Contract (possible direct hire)

**Pay Range:** $22.50-$24.50

**Hours:** 8a-4:30p

**Travel Required** : Must be able to travel to Woonsocket, RI 2-3 days/week

**Responsibilities Include:**

-Aging work orders

-Data analytics

-Mail sorting

-Violation tracking

-Vendor proposal review/approval

-Vendor Coordination

-Service Level Adjustments

-Compliance Monitoring

**Qualifications Include:**

-High School Diploma or GED required
-Minimum 2+ years of relevant work or trade school experience
-2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
-2+ years of experience in property vendor or program management
