Play a transformative role at ICE as the Coordinator of Behavioural Services, managing behaviour planning while promoting a collaborative culture.
This position is integral to ICE's commitment to supporting adults with disabilities. You will coordinate planning, lead meetings, and provide essential training to staff. Working closely with Behaviour Consultants and community professionals, you will contribute to the implementation of best practices that ensure client safety and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development and assessment of behaviour support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency standards
• Attend and take minutes for RPAC meetings
• Facilitate educational training sessions for staff
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for client support
Requirements:
• Degree in Community Rehabilitation or related discipline
