As a part of CPKC, the Coordinator for Customer Solutions is responsible for delivering quality service to Carload, Intermodal, and E-Business customers. You will manage daily customer inquiries, ensure operational readiness, and provide assistance with CPKC’s digital systems. Your role will include identifying issues, documenting interactions, and communicating updates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries about shipments and processes
• Provide updates on shipment status and service exceptions
• Ensure documentation of all customer interactions
• Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues promptly
• Support the onboarding process for new customers
