Job Purpose Provides interface coordination support to the Major Projects for the handover of technical documentations and respective IT systems includes developing procedures for current systems & recommend improvements can add-value to the performance of the project sections to coordinate with external entities to provide necessary logistics, Vendor support, and administration services.
Job Specific Accountabilities - Coordinates the development and updates of the Major Projects Group Web Sites and to provide necessary support for the preparation of the Major Projects Booklets, presentations, and media publications.
- Prepares for final review the Major Projects Group quarterly management meeting’s agenda, to report and follow up on pending actions, to prepare minutes, and press releases as required.
