Schedule: 36 hours per week; Day Shift 6:30am to 7:00pm. every other weekend and holiday

Location:Henry Ford St.John Hospital & Medical Center - Detroit, MI

+ Under supervision, acts as a team lead for Respiratory Therapist staff in all areas of HFHS, where Respiratory Therapy staff are assigned.

+ Responsible for developing daily work assignments and adjusting these work assignments as necessary, to meet the needs of all Respiratory Therapy patients, assuring that all care is given according to all Departmental, Institutional and Regulatory standards, policies and procedures.

+ Acts as liaison to inpatient Intensive Care Units and Emergency department representing respiratory therapy in unit collaborative.

+ Monitors quality assurance and patient risk management issues, assuring that proper personnel procedures are followed.
