Operations Coordinator

Location: Montreal (Hybrid)

Overview

Responsible for assisting with all aspects of SharkNinja’s order management process, providing customer service to retailers and internal stakeholders, working with 3PLs and transport carriers, and performing general administrative tasks. Focus on accurate processing of customer orders for major retailers, exceeding goals for Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution, and working closely with Finance and Sales on retailer chargebacks.

Responsibilities

• Process all orders to send to the distribution facility.
• Verify inventory availability.
• Handle logistics: route orders via EDI or retailer portals.
• Proactively open-order files by account indicating current routing issues and actions/EDC dates.
• Weekly review of results with Sales teams.
• Work to achieve on‑time delivery metrics (OTIF).
