Summary The Division of Enforcement is seeking a Supervisory General Attorney(Core Assistant Director) in Denver and Fort Worth Regional Office. As a Core Assistant Director, you will manage and coordinate the work of your team and perform a full range of supervisory duties. Responsibilities In this role as a Core Assistant Director, you will be responsible for: Supervises staff members who interact with the public and evaluates complaints and other allegations of potential misconduct related to Federal securities laws, rules and regulations. Enforces federal securities laws, sets priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
