Leading high-frequency prop trading firm with offices worldwide is looking to expand its Core Engineering Markets team in Singapore with a pragmatic, accomplished C++ Engineering Manager.

Alongside managing and mentoring a global team of developers across multiple regions, you will be responsible for designing and architecting a cryptocurrency high-frequency trading platform. To do this, you’ll work closely with traders, business management, and other colleagues to prioritize projects and deliver business-critical solutions.

The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a stimulating, results-oriented environment, able to guide and coach globally distributed team members, while also remaining hands-on with development.
