Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will also guide users and communicate resolutions efficiently, bridging gaps between field teams and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot application issues related to project operations
• Log and track user support tickets systematically
• Provide ongoing user coaching and refresher training
• Validate solutions and assist with data integrity audits
• Support integrations and data flow investigations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in application support
