Job Description:

Supports corporate actions processing within a middle office environment, with increased responsibility in review, oversight, and quality control. In addition to executing corporate actions and dividends, this position plays a key role in validating work, supporting junior team members, and ensuring accuracy across processes. Ideal candidates bring prior financial services or middle office operations experience and are comfortable taking on a more leadership-oriented role within the team.



Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Actions Processing: Execute and support voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial products


• Team Support & Leadership: Act as a point of guidance for Level 1 analysts, assisting with questions and workflow direction
