Corporate Administrator — EPM Solutions

EPM Solutions is a Jedox Gold Partner. We are hiring a Corporate Administrator to own statutory compliance, financial operations, and client-event coordination for the firm.

The work

• Statutory compliance. BIR (1601-C, 0619-E/F, 1601-EQ, 2316, Alphalist, AFS), SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGU permits, SEC GIS. Direct liaison with each agency.
• Financial operations. Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payroll, invoice processing, expense claims, month-end close, external audit support.
• Client experience. Coordination of client events, workshops, and vendor relationships.

Required

• 3+ years hands-on ownership of the full Philippine employer statutory filing cycle — BIR monthly and annual returns, SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG contributions, SEC GIS, LGU business permits. Applications without document...
