The role will provide legal coverage to the EMEA Currencies and Emerging Markets business and the EMEA Rates business. The emerging markets coverage will involve work on a broad range of transactions including emerging market financings in a variety of formats (. structured repo, repo-to-maturity and total return swap format), Shariah-compliant derivatives and transactions referencing cryptocurrency, while the Rates coverage will involve transactions such as deal contingent transactions, physical and synthetic risk transfers and the hedging of RMBS, CLOs, WBS and other financing structures.
