This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic attorney to work on sophisticated business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance matters for a diverse range of clients.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar.

4-6 years of substantive experience in corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate governance, and general commercial transactions.
