Our client, a well-established legal firm based in Edinburgh, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Company and Commercial Team. This opportunity is suited to a solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE, strong commercial awareness, corporate experience, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to undertake some commercial property work.
Key responsibilities will include:
