Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join our legal team in Beirut. The successful candidate will play an active role in advising on local and regional mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate structuring, and general commercial matters. This role offers exposure to cross-border work, a diverse client base, and a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Advise clients on corporate and transactional matters, including:

o Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and reorganizations

o Shareholder and partnership agreements

o Local and regional corporate structuring (including offshore jurisdictions where applicable)

• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for M&A transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents (SPAs, MOUs, NDAs, LOIs, etc.)...
