Description We are looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney/Lawyer to support a broad portfolio of clients in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position focused on delivering practical legal guidance to organizations ranging from emerging businesses to well-established companies. The role centers on corporate and transactional matters and requires someone who is detail oriented and can provide sound counsel, manage complex legal work, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
